We’re always trying to improve upon the level of assistance we give to our customers to provide the very best support available. While we have been using a facility to remotely connect to a customer’s computer and troubleshoot difficulties, this has had some limitations. There are people who simply cannot make use of this service at all for a variety of reasons, and that isn’t putting it too high. There are also times when, following computer modifications, we need to restart the machine, whereupon the whole process needs to be undertaken again.

To that end, we are transitioning to an alternative solution from Serotek which in time will include some additional modifications to ensure the process of connection is easier for those who require it, or for sighted assistants working with visually impaired people.

If you think in the future you may need technical support from us, allowing us to connect to your computer, we would ask please that you Download and Install the remote access client. This will stay in the background on your computer until needed. The install process is very straightforward, just press Enter three times to work through the various screens.
