During these dates, urgent technical support queries, together with sales orders, will be processed by Email only.
This is exactly the same procedure as previous years.

Are usual opening hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM UK time, excluding public holidays.

During the checkout process, you will be asked for your JAWS for Windows serial number. If you do not own a copy of JAWS, please type, none, into this Edit Field.

After you purchase, you’ll receive instant confirmation via Pay Pal, who will email you a receipt. Later, we’ll email you and let you know that you can download and activate your product. Please note that this is not an automated process, so allow at least 24 hours for delivery. Usually, the time will be far less than that.
Don’t forget to check your junk mail or spam folder, since sometimes our confirmation emails can end up there.

Privacy Policy. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Customer details include your name, postal address, telephone number, Email address and JAWS for Windows Serial Numbers.

Refund Policy. Should you not be satisfied with any product within 30 days of the purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund. You must also uninstall the product in line with the terms stated in the individual product's License Agreement. We would however welcome the opportunity of correcting any problem which may have caused you to request a refund.
